Biography
For 30 years, Mariya Spindel has been a leader among trusts and estates litigators in the greater Nashville area. She handles will contests, disputes over trust administration and complex probate litigation.
In addition to her work for clients throughout Tennessee, Mariya has drafted numerous articles for professional publications on issues related to undue influence, breach of fiduciary duty and lack of testamentary capacity.
Mariya also represents parties in other types of civil litigation, including contract and tort claims. A resident of Franklin, she volunteers for several community groups and enjoys spending time with her husband and two grown children.
