Biography

Whether advocating in court on a contract case or working to resolve a commercial real estate dispute, Stephen Bishop is committed to achieving the best result possible for his clients. He is an outstanding advocate for clients in property cases and other civil litigation actions handled by the firm.

Steve’s work in the Real Estate section of the Tennessee Bar Association has led him to speak at seminars around the country and to provide testimony before the state’s General Assembly. He is also a mentor to young attorneys and an adviser to the state Supreme Court’s Board of Professional Responsibility.

Married to a fellow lawyer, Steve and his wife have two children and live in Germantown. The entire family enjoys hiking and going on trips throughout the United States.
